Here they are shown on Bloggers "Scribe" template.
I have added "ribbon" for effect and on one a fancy title.
Masthead pictures can be added to them also.

    I will try to explain how to use the backgrounds.

    To have the rain on your site, you have to go here
    http://www.dynamicdrive.com
    and look for the rain/snow effect by Craig Blanchette. Its a javascript.
